UFAW Replacement, Refinement and Reduction (3Rs) Award

Background
UFAW invites applications for an award of up to £20,000 for innovative research or other proposals which will advance the Replacement, Refinement or Reduction of the use of animals in scientific research or testing.

Eligibility
Applicants may be based anywhere in the world.

Use of funds
The award can be used to cover salary, student stipends, research, or travel costs including study/research visits, (or any combination thereof) up to a maximum value of £20,000.

The award cannot be used to support tuition fees or other costs associated with a taught course such as a Masters degree.

UFAW does not normally support institutional overheads.
