Receiving awardThe UFAW Medal for Outstanding Contributions to Animal Welfare Science is a regular prize award made by UFAW to recognise the exceptional achievements of an individual scientist who has made fundamental contributions to the advancement of animal welfare over a number of years.

The winner of this award will receive a £3000 cheque, a commemorative medal and a framed award certificate.
