Presentations will take the form of talks, short talks and posters.

Registration terms and conditions

• Only delegates that are registered can attend the conference.
• In the event of circumstances arising beyond the charity’s control, UFAW reserves the right to cancel this conference at its discretion without incurring any liability in respect of such cancellation, and to return to delegates any monies received. Delegates who cancel their bookings within 4 weeks of the start of the conference will not have their registration fee refunded. Prior to this, refunds will be discretionary and will be returned less any handling fee and costs incurred.

Delegate from eligible low- and middle-income countries – Free
To maximise access to the meeting, the fee will be waived for delegates resident in low- and middle-income countries eligible for the Research4Life scheme (Group A and B). Click here for a list of eligible countries. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ELIGIBILITY BEFORE REGISTERING.

Certificates of attendance will be issued to all delegates who attend the conference.

Recordings of the talks will be available exclusively to view on demand (for registered delegates) after the conference for three months, after which they will be made available on the UFAW YouTube channel.
