Registration to attend in-person
The conference will be held in-person to facilitate valuable networking and collaboration opportunities. Places are limited, so please register early if you wish to attend. Please read the Terms and conditions carefully before registering. We cannot hold places unless payment is received in full at the time of registering. Forms submitted without payment will be deleted. Registration to attend in person closes on 4th July.
Terms and conditions
- Full payment of the fee must be received before a delegate can be registered and only delegates who are registered can attend the event in person.
- Evening events can only be attended by delegates.
- Registration is for an individual, not an institution, and is not transferable, unless this has been agreed in advance with UFAW. Only the person named on the booking can be admitted to the event. Please contact us before the meeting if you need to transfer a booking.

b. Where UFAW is unable to hold the UFAW International Conference 2024, UFAW will offer a refund of the face value of the registration fee.
c. If you cannot attend due to COVID-19 restrictions implemented by a country other than the UK please cancel your registration – the cancellation policy detailed in section (4a) above will apply. We recommend that you
take out insurance to cover such an eventuality.
5. UFAW cannot accept liability for personal accidents, nor for loss of, or damage to private property of delegates, either during or directly arising from attendance at the symposium.
6. UFAW cannot accept liability for expenses incurred as a result of cancellation of the meeting such as non-refundable travel or accommodation costs. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
7. Only UFAW members who have paid their subscription up-to-date qualify for the reduced price for members Please check before choosing this option as those who do not qualify will be rejected and no place reserved.
